Job Description

The Recruitment Staff will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment procedures are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and pre-screen applicants based on minimum hiring criteria for Hotel and Conventional Fleets positions.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on applicants to ensure their suitability for the role.
  • Monitor and update Wage Scale Reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Design and create visually appealing flyers and tarpaulins for advertisements to attract potential candidates.
  • Summarize job requests and create hot jobs for the day to prioritize hiring efforts.
  • Update forms as instructed by the Recruitment Head to maintain compliance with company policies.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or BS Marine Transportation or BS Marine Engineering

Experience is a plus but not required

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, has initiative, and is well organized

Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Working location: Intramuros, Manila
