Job Overview

  • We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in using social networks, professional sites, and resume databases to find potential candidates.
  • You will collaborate with our hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly business email writing, and good time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist hiring managers in developing job descriptions and requirements.
  • Source candidates from various online platforms, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and former applicants to ensure a steady pipeline of potential hires.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidate suitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Hiring Manager Assistant or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly business email writing.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
