Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management and team members to ensure status updates

We're looking for a Recruitment professional to join our team in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST). As a member of our Recruitment team, you'll have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals.

On a day-to-day basis, this means:

  1. Coordinating with hiring managers for open roles
  2. Plan and execute end-to-end hiring for open positions assigned to you
  3. Coordination with management and other team members to ensure status updates
  4. Conduct Interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
  5. Extending job offers post reference checks to successful candidates
  6. Research on sourcing to identify the most effective places to get the best candidates
  7. Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit the best talent
  8. Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and talent communities
  9. Develop the ability to enable quick as well as long-term opportunistic hiring
  10. Collaborate with the Talent team and directors to come up with a long-term hiring plan
  11. Play an important role in planning and executing projects as and when needed
  12. Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities
Requirements
  • Post Grad degree in HR is an advantage
  • Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
  • Experience in a Recruitment Agency (Headhunting) is a plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal English
