We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales and real estate sales, with a proven track record of generating new business and driving sales growth.
The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide the necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
- CRM Management: Track all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience: As an SDR or BDR, with a background in software sales and real estate sales.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required for this role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Goal-Oriented Approach: With a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets: For data management and reporting.
