As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling meetings through outbound prospecting. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients within target industries and personas that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Prospect Identification & Research: Utilize your research skills to effectively personalize outreach and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft compelling emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and strategic campaign guidance.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to determine if our solutions are a potential fit and qualify their interest.
- Meeting Scheduling: Secure introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our account executives.
- Activity Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously log all outreach activities and track personal performance against key performance indicators.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, business development, lead generation, or inside sales role.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills to effectively personalize outreach.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
