Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate resolutions to their issues.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Document Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay Current on Program Updates: Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay current on program updates, new products, and services.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable and Punctual: Display a reliable and punctual work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience: Possess 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience Working on State or Federal Programs: Have experience working on state or federal programs, with a strong understanding of program requirements and regulations.

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring long periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
