We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert support on various products, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets, and contribute to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, and experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments. They should be fluent in English and proficient in content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support on various products via live chat and tickets
- Troubleshoot technical challenges of varying complexity
- Contribute to different teams or projects to enhance the customer experience
- Enhance the Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 or native) written and spoken
- Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts
- Proficient in content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms
