Key Responsibilities:- Offer seamless support in French and English through voice calls and live chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step
- Log all customer interactions accurately
- Identify trends and share feedback to improve processes
- Collaborate with the team to stay updated on priorities
- Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
- Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
- Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
