Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide solutions to common issues using our knowledge base
Evaluate and escalate complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to process improvements that enhance our support services and drive customer loyalty
Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams to channel feedback and drive updates
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or relevant industry background
Commitment to working 40 hours per week, adhering to a global schedule
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Independent and self-motivated individual comfortable in a remote work environment
Critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems
Ability to adapt quickly and receive constructive feedback
Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk is a plus
