Remote Interview Host Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to work as a freelance interview host for our market research studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring assigned projects successfully complete on time, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Be a point of contact for technical platform issues for both internal and external users
  • User Assessment: Assess technical support level of user to provide appropriate support in a timely manner
  • Interview Preparation: Prepare respondents in advance to join their scheduled interviews on time
  • Interview Facilitation: Facilitate start of scheduled interviews and provide troubleshooting support as needed
  • Training Support: Support moderator and interpreter trainings prior to the start of the project
  • Issue Triage: Triage and communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team
  • Documentation: Document technical issues and resolutions to support customers and improve internal processes
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Language Skills: Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese
  • Platform Experience: Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms preferred
  • Operating System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites; internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox as well as Apple and Android mobile devices
Desirable Skills:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, or call centre experience
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization

This is a freelance position with flexible operating hours between 03:00 - 20:00 EST. The hourly rate is negotiable.
