
Strategic Partnership Specialist

Attract and retain clients through exceptional partnership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
- Resolve conflicts and issues with clients, employees, etc. of handled accounts.
- Review major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Deal with client issues efficiently, informing the manager of any problems that may arise.
- Accountable for contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and accounts are profitable.
- Aware and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Communicate partner goals and represent the latter's interests to stakeholders.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the partner/client and department, setting proper partner/client expectations.
- Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports daily.
- Regularly monitor and review production performance of existing accounts, newly installed, and old accounts.
- Correspondence generation for such accounts, including review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, etc.
- Set appointments and conduct Account Visits.
- Work hand-in-hand with other Affinity Partnerships teammates to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
- Perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Agile and adaptable.
- Presentation skills.
- Adept in development of proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling corporations/organizations for at least 3 years.
- College graduate of any business/marketing-related course with at least 5 years work experience.
- Highly trainable.
- High potential.
