Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our international client engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional video interactions with global clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and cultivating lasting partnerships with clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech & Innovation Leadership:

  • Pioneer new methods for delivering value to clients
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 1-2 years leadership experience
  • 1-2 years of account management or client-facing experience
  • Technically savvy mindset with rapid learning abilities
  • Natural talent for building relationships through video calls
