Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with the market analyst group to prepare submissions for clients
  • Pitch and present our services to clients
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
  • Licensed real estate broker is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project development, leasing, sales, or brokerage
