Job Title: Sales Account Executive

At A&A Outsourcing Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their sales requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and ensure the company has an in-depth understanding of its products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling raw materials for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
