Job Title: Channel Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join our team. As a Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs by understanding existing partners and unleashing potential volume requirements and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts by understanding the nature of company business and identifying new potential business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Focus sales efforts by understanding existing partners and their needs.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product information.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information, such as pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provide historical reports by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
