- Renewal Management: Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention. Proactively address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Problem Solving, Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate account records and track key metrics. Leverage tools like Salesforce and Clari to provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
