Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are in good working condition.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with experience in building systems and equipment. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and interact with residents.

The Property Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all services are met. They will also coordinate with utility providers to ensure that all services are within agreed service level agreements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, with the ability to make engineering-related decisions and actions with guidance and approval from the Complex/Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage Shift Engineers and technical staff/multi-skilled technicians
  • Ensure proper execution of routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of building systems/common area/equipment
  • Monitor and manage utilities consumption such as water and electricity
  • Coordinate with utility providers to ensure all services are within agreed SLA
  • Make engineering-related decisions or actions with guidance and approval of Complex/Property Manager
