Senior Facilities Manager

This role involves leading daily property operations, managing client activities, and implementing building procedures.

We are seeking a highly analytical and engaging professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Daily Property Operations - manage daily client activities, implement building procedures and performance measures, and promote compliance with these standards to improve on-site operations.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships - build strong relationships with clients, proactively ensure client expectations are met, and serve as the main point of contact for facilities-related concerns.
  • Manage Contracts and Budget - manage the site budget, accounting, and financial operations; coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement processes meet contract requirements.
  • Foster Teamwork and Excellence - support development through training and coaching; promote collaboration, trust, ethics, and performance excellence; keep the team motivated.
Qualifications
  • Facilities Management Expertise - six to eight years' experience in facilities management or related fields; working knowledge of occupational safety; exposure to life sciences environments is a plus; strong background in contract management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills - able to resolve complex issues using quantitative and holistic approaches; strong verbal and written communication; proficient in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management.
