Ambitious Operations Leader

Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the operation of our mall's equipment. As an Engineering Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and providing top-notch utilities for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to enhance engineering processes, increasing productivity and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead Resident Engineers in performance planning and secure fast approval of proposed projects.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Provide necessary manpower and contractors for maintenance activities, including replacement of faulty lights and other items.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Conduct regular inspections of tenant areas to ensure cleanliness and conduct house rules orientations for opening team members.
  • Facilities Management: Plan, manage, and implement operations, repairs, and maintenance of MEPFS equipment and projects.
  • Utilities Administration: Perform and act upon service requests affecting mall utilities, such as defective utility meters, and assign service personnel to directly address these requests.
  • Tenant Relations: Participate in on-site inspections of ongoing construction and renovation (MEPFS only), tenant safety audits, and processes involving egress of tenants in relation to MEPFS systems.
  • Safety and Security: Report safety and security findings or deficiencies affecting electromechanical equipment and recommend resolution of identified deficiencies.
