Job Title: Facilities Specialist
Job Description:As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and acting as the trusted right hand for upper facilities management on all facilities-related activities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include performing routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained. You will also assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing technical operations and planning/implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and failures.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be the main contact for technical service contractors and supervise repair and maintenance work by in-house teams and external contractors. Your expertise in vendor management, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination will be valuable assets to our team.
Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements. Collaborate with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related inquiries and requirements; participate in procurement of vendors and services as needed.
Qualifications:- Passion for service with experience in Facilities Hard Services, Operations and Maintenance of Critical Facilities Equipment (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment), People and Vendor Management, and Facilities Project Management or related fields.
- Knowledge of local health and safety protocols and how they are enacted within our workplace environment; flexible, proactive and organized.
- Team player with a proven track record of flawless project execution, following company standards and procedures; ability to align with our core behaviors.
