Job Title: Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Clean and stock designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or concerns.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals.
• Familiarize yourself with health and safety regulations and equipment.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is essential.
• Able to understand and follow orders, as well as work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college level education is recommended for advancement opportunities.
• At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field; willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and equipment is essential.
