Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region. This role focuses on providing onsite facilities support and coordination with clients and vendors to meet facility-related requirements.


This position involves providing proactive facilities support, performing routine site inspections, and overseeing technical operation and maintenance work schedules to minimize breakdowns.


You will serve as the main contact for all technical service contractors and supervise repair and maintenance work by in-house technical teams and contractors.


Your responsibilities will include collaborating with different departments to fulfill customer procurement and statutory requirements, providing admin support, meeting key performance indicators, and assisting with access badge and IDS requests.


In addition, you will contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce costs, support vendor management and procurement of services, and identify facility-related inquiries and requirements for clients onsite.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive facilities support and act as the trusted right hand to upper facilities management on all facilities-related activities.
  • Perform routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Support the facilities manager to oversee technical operation, and plan and implement maintenance work schedules to minimize breakdowns.
  • Serve as the main contact for all technical service contractors and supervise repair and maintenance work by in-house technical teams and contractors.
  • Collaborate with different departments to fulfill customer procurement and statutory requirements.
  • Provide admin support including front desk duties, vendor management, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination.
  • Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Assist with access badge and IDS requests; monitor, respond quickly and effectively to all access requests via Corrigo and email; ensure activations/deactivations comply with policy, guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
  • Possession of a passion for service; experience in Facilities Hard Services, Operations and Maintenance of Critical Facilities Equipment (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment), People and Vendor Management, and Facilities Project Management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety protocols; flexible, proactive and organized.
  • Team player with a proven track record of project execution and the ability to follow company standards and procedures; align with the core behaviours.
  • Excellent client-focused communication skills; ability to interact with clients and vendors, resolve conflicts, and manage priorities effectively.
