The Customer Account Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. This individual collaborates with internal departments to ensure seamless case management, sales support, and product expansion.
Key responsibilities include timely case resolution, Salesforce account monitoring, proactive client communication, and collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in customer care and sales, with experience in call center or related roles. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems is highly desirable.

- Minimum 2 years of call center or related experience

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sales support or account management is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations
- High proficiency in standard MS Office applications
