Foster Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering world-class customer support by engaging with new customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing comprehensive solutions to their queries.

  • Deliver personalized support to customers via direct chat or phone calls.
  • Ensure timely responses to all messages within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Prioritize responses to tickets based on urgency, complexity, and support needed.
  • Follow up on voicemails or missed chats within 24 hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • To stay up-to-date with company guidelines and protocols, ensuring seamless campaign approval and review processes.
