About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM professional to lead our customer relationship management strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across channels, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp, to create impactful brand-building experiences that keep our community engaged.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience managing a loyalty or membership program in retail or e-commerce, as well as hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs.

You should also be analytical and able to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop targeted strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across channels, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights, improve targeting, and optimize communications.
