Customer Success Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Sales Team, providing timely and accurate administrative support, and working directly with clients to resolve queries.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and project management skills, as well as exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support, and coordination functions.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
  • Attend relevant meetings, record meeting notes, document key takeaways, and action items.
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up to date, organised, and accessible.
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and present them in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager position.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
