Job Requirements:

As a Sales Trainer/Training Specialist at TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales training to our team members. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales training, excellent coaching and people management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to our team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to our team members to help them improve their sales skills
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and develop training programs that meet those needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our sales training programs

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in sales training in BPO (Sales or Upselling background)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college (w/ proof of educational attainment)
  • Excellent Coaching & People Management Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
  • Excellent comms skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
