Regional Sales Development Specialist

About Nippon Paint (Coatings) Philippines, Inc.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Conduct product presentations to existing and prospective customers to showcase our products' features and benefits.
- Promote healthy sales growth and collection through effective use of various tools and systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meetings, calls, and emails.
- Manage account credit, reconciliation, and order bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze sales data to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with current customers and prospective customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Technical background in selling and application of paint or coating products is required.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reportorial requirements.
- High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: PHP 450,000 - PHP 550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
