Job Title: Talent Attraction Strategist

This role involves leading the North American talent attraction functions and team, ensuring alignment with the USA/Canada workforce.

You will be responsible for managing a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency, building and executing talent attraction strategy, working closely with vendor partners and other internal teams to fulfill applicant flow and hiring needs of a high-volume recruiting environment.

  1. Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to know upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain advanced awareness of applicant flow needs of the business.
  2. Create a comprehensive sourcing plan and drive sourcing efforts to ensure optimal budget utilization and maximize applicant flow to meet client requirements.
  3. Use data results to evaluate effectiveness and marketing programs, maximizing return on investment.
  4. Manage vendor relationships such as job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies.
  5. Partner with procurement teams, accounting and finance for accuracy and timeliness for departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  6. Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
  7. Supervise, coach, train and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing personally to the team results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team with ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
