As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the North American talent attraction functions and team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans for attracting top talent to our organization.
Responsibilities include managing a remote results-oriented team, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as social media, talent acquisition delivery, and operations to drive applicant flow and hiring needs. You will also oversee sourcing budgets, vendor relationships, and data-driven initiatives to maximize return on investment.

- Ability to manage a remote team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in talent acquisition marketing, human resources, or a related field
