The Talent and People Operations team member plays a pivotal role in building and managing a robust talent pipeline to support organizational growth. This encompasses supporting internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and job posting management.
Key responsibilities also involve ensuring open roles are filled in line with strategic plans, engaging in outreach and screening processes to attract suitable candidates, and optimizing onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to drive team growth.
