A Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to drive business success by identifying and acquiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment plans.
- Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various methods to source and evaluate potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments. Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms. Stay informed about industry trends to support and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting the organization's employer brand. Support initiatives that improve the company's reputation as a desirable place to work.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
