Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide metrics to executive leadership, including daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations, client SLAs, and process compliance
  • Act as escalation point for issues, identifying optimal solutions for both parties
  • Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting and headcount planning
  • Deliver performance optimization of all team members, set KPIs, devise development plans, and provide mentoring as required
  • Recruit and induct new staff as needed, ensure effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction
  • Perform range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing recruitment teams
  • Help team and individual team members meet established goals and metrics
  • Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddles and team meetings with established agendas
  • Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
  • Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success
  • Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with company growth objectives
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships able to interpret data from various internal and external sources and predict trends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance
  • Experience handling offshore recruitment processes helping local and US clients
  • Experience interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters
