Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Resume Screening: Screen resumes to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for the role and align with the company's needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth communication and efficient decision-making.
  • Offer Extension and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with their onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions and meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
