The Role:Sourcing Talent

• Craft smart sourcing strategies that blend technology with creative approaches
• Write compelling job ads that attract top talent across multiple platforms
• Proactively hunt down hidden gems – engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach
• Deep dive into each brief to ensure every search is tailored and aligned with what great looks like

Screening & Qualifying

• Qualify candidates with depth and insight, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment
• Tell compelling stories that bring each role and employer brand to life, sparking genuine candidate interest
• Handle objections with confidence, ensuring candidates stay engaged and informed throughout
• Deliver high-impact shortlists that are tight, relevant, and ready to impress our embedded TA teams

Driving Delivery Excellence

• Keep our systems flawless – maintain accurate data in our trackers
• Stay on top of your pipeline, prioritising tasks to smash deadlines and exceed SLA expectations
