The Michael & Associates organization is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy. This pivotal role will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and retaining top legal and administrative professionals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruiting process, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals. You will develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles, overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.

Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency. You will maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly. Regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends will also be provided.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams with a proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting (branding, postings) and outbound sourcing (headhunting, outreach) is required.
  • Strong oral communication skills in English are necessary for building relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
