Job Summary

At Cyberbacker Careers, we're looking for a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients, following up with leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with clients and prospects
- Conduct lead follow-ups and nurture relationships until appointments are set
- Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects
- Follow scripts to deliver value propositions and handle objections
- Update CRM systems with relevant information after each interaction

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable making phone calls and delivering call scripts
- Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities
