We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Staff Outsourcing Solutions. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting appointments and managing customer relationships.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Articulation of words must be excellent
- At least College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalent
- Must have CSR or Sales experience in the BPO industry
- Experience with Upselling is a plus
