Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Cyberbacker. This is a full-time/part-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients
  • Conducting lead follow-ups and nurtures until appointments are set
  • Responding to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects
  • Delivering value propositions and handling objections using established scripts
  • Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction
  • Coordinating and managing the calendar of appointments
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts
  • Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities
