Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and managing the marketing of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service.
  2. Maintain and organise client files and office documents, adhering to strict data security protocols.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, using your organisational skills to ensure seamless coordination.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
  5. Provide support for accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing, demonstrating your proficiency in financial software.
  6. Liaise with co-workers to complete tasks, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of admin/marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, demonstrating your self-motivation and discipline.
