Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and managing the marketing of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organise client files and office documents, adhering to strict data security protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, using your organisational skills to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
- Provide support for accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing, demonstrating your proficiency in financial software.
- Liaise with co-workers to complete tasks, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of admin/marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, demonstrating your self-motivation and discipline.
