About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, have a strong understanding of social media platforms, and be able to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including word processing tasks, data research, and presentation creation.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and analyze metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Contact Management: Maintain accurate contact lists, update records, and perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their respective features.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
