Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating customer details in our database, preparing quotations and job orders for in-house accounts, and issuing delivery receipts (DR) and other documents as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Update customer details in our database with precision and accuracy.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations and job orders for in-house accounts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Document Issuance: Issue delivery receipts (DR) and other documents as required, while preparing items for delivery.
  • Sales Project Coordination: Coordinate sales projects, working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and ensure project success.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly physical inventory reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Requisition Facilitation: Facilitate requisition processes and provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
