Customer Support Role

We are seeking a professional and empathetic individual to join our team as a customer support agent. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to products, orders, returns, and account issues.
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast and accurate support.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to stay informed about product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable approach when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Technical Requirements
  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent recommended).
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
