Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a remote customer support specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow their career in a fully remote environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone. They will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with professionalism and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
