Job Overview:

This role involves providing exceptional customer support during night shifts. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position offers remote work flexibility, ideal for candidates who excel in virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, minimizing disruption.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  4. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  5. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  6. Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  7. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service experiences.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
  2. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various communication platforms and remote work tools.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
