Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support experiences to our clients and partners.

  • Lead and manage the customer service function to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management within tech or SaaS companies. They will also have prior experience in managing teams and leading strategic initiatives.

  • At least 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
