Job Description:The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate quotes, and resolving any issues that may arise. They will also be responsible for order entry, change order/schedule management, and process expedite requests with the planning team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and on-time quotes to assigned customers
- Resolve client issues efficiently and inform the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems
- Order entry and change order/schedule management
- Process expedite requests with the planning team
- 1-3 years of experience as an Account Specialist
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Knowledge of PEZA application is preferable
We offer a competitive salary range of P250,000 - P400,000 per year, depending on experience.
