Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

This role will oversee sales activities across multiple locations, drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Team: Guide sales personnel in achieving business objectives, develop their skills, and enhance their performance.
  • Sales Planning: Establish sales targets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress towards achieving these goals.
  • Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to assess stock levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College graduate with a degree in Business or Economics.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₱120,000 - ₱180,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
