Job Overview


At JOB MATCHMAKER, we are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team in Laguna Technopark Annex, Binan, Laguna. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations that drive business growth and employee engagement.


Compensation

Job Description


As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage employer-employee relationships, handle HR-related investigations, and compile and update employee records. You will also be responsible for assisting in payroll preparations, monitoring administration-related activities, and controlling costs with office supplies and others.


You will serve as the company coordinator for SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund, implement and monitor policies execution, and process VISA and AEP for Foreign Nationals. Your working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings, understanding and executing employment laws and regulations, and experience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing will be valuable assets to our team.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent. You should be well-organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and have a working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings.
