Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Product Accountant Manager to join our team at Leads Agricultural Products Corporation. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance for our agricultural products.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a high level of expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of accounting and finance work, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead a team of accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in accounting software applications, including Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
